Privacy policy
Galleria Doria Pamphilj collects as little as a website can. There is no account to create, no newsletter to join, no comment form and no login. Reading this site does not require you to hand over anything at all.
What is collected
Aggregated, anonymised analytics: which pages get read, roughly which country a visit came from, and which links get clicked. It is used for one purpose, which is working out which pages are useless so I can rewrite them. No profiles are built, nothing is sold, and nothing goes to advertisers, because there are none.
If you write to [email protected], I keep the message for as long as it takes to answer it and deal with any follow-up. I do not add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
GetYourGuide and cookies
The booking panels and booking links on this site are served by GetYourGuide and may set cookies so a booking can be attributed here. Anything you type into a booking form is entered on GetYourGuide, not on this site, and is governed by their privacy policy rather than mine. I never see your name, your card details or your itinerary. The affiliate disclosure explains how that arrangement works.
The gallery is not involved
The Galleria Doria Pamphilj is privately owned by the Doria Pamphilj family and held by the Doria Pamphilj Trust. This is an independent guide with no connection to them, so nothing you do here reaches them, and nothing you do at their ticket office reaches me. If you book with the gallery directly, that is entirely between you and them under their own policies. It is not a state museum, which is also why no public-sector scheme governs any of this.
Your choices
Blocking cookies in your browser will not break a page here. The booking panels may stop loading and every other link will still work. To ask about any of this, or to have a message deleted, write to [email protected] or use the contact page.
